Wholesale Application Instructions;

Please fill in the form below if you are interested in purchasing wholesale from Dave's Gift Shoppe. We will consider serious inquiries only. All fields are required on this form and queries that are not fully completed will be discarded.

Please allow up to 72 hours for our response;

Please note that we may not accept all application inquiries. You will be notified by both email and a phone call upon application approval.

You will also receive our free catalog and price list via USPS after your application has been approved. Please be aware that though we do not charge any application or sign up fees, you may be required to complete a minimum order of no less than $150.00 USD within 90 days of your application approval.

Accounts that remain inactive for 180 days will be terminated and you will have to go through the application process again.

Please note that approved wholesale accounts that purchase $1500.00 USD or more in any given 60 day period will receive free shipping for one full calendar year to anywhere in the continental US.

Purchase orders cannot be made or accepted without prior approval of credit.

All wholesale accounts are shipped via UPS Ground. Larger freight shipments are provided by private local carriers and may vary by company depending on location.

All wholesale accounts are subject to our Terms Of Use policy and are governed by our Shipping Policy. It is required reading for all who would shop at Dave's Gift Shoppe.
