Warranty & Returns Information
Our gift items and products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. You may return anything purchased from us at any time if it proves otherwise. We do not want you to have anything from Dave's that is not completely satisfactory. We can only offer this kind of product returns policy because we have been in the business for years. Not only is Dave's Gift Shoppe the largest "locally owned" online gift sales venue in the State Of Montana, we are also very aware that sometimes things just may not turn out to be as expected when shopping online. So, if you don't like it, then send it back for exchange of another of equal value or get your money back unconditionally (minus shipping).
How Do I Return My Order?
So you've received your order and have discovered that it just isn't exactly what you wanted and wish to return it. Not a problem. Simply send the item(s) back to us, shipping pre-paid and insured along with your original emailed receipt. Upon receiving the item(s) in question from you, we will authorize your refund. Please be aware that refunds are credited back to your credit card account, usually within 72 hours of us receiving the item(s) returned.
What If My Order Is Dammaged?
Sometimes an order can be damaged in transit. Errant shipping handlers may be hurried while doing their job, and things just get broke. It is unfortunate, and it happens all of the time. If in the case you open your order, and discover it to be broken or in any way damaged, we want to know about it right away. Simply call us at 866-832-1450 at any time if this occurs. Have your purchase information ready to go when you call. If for some reason you get a message machine when you call, not to worry, as we may be over in shipping and out of the office, in that case, do leave a message containing your base order information, product id number, your location (address) and of course, your name. In the event that your order arrives broken, please know that we will cover "all" of your original cost, including initial shipping charges at the time you placed your order. We will also pay shipping on any items returned to us that were broken upon delivery to you. Please Note: If you receive a broken item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, otherwise we may not be able to cover any returned item shipping costs with regard to the broken or otherwise dammaged items. Once we have received the item(s) in question, we will authorize an exchange or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs.
