Ordering Information

In order to more fully enhance or otherwise facilitate your gift shopping experience at Dave's Gift Shoppe, we have provided some answers to hopefully clear up any questions you may have with regard to placing any orders with us. Please either scroll down or use the menu to the right in order to find the ordering information that you may require. You may also ask us any questions you may have by simply writing to admin@davesgiftshoppe.com if you do not find what you are looking for below.


Placing Your Order

You may place your order for any one of our selected gift products by simply clicking on any of the *add to basket buttons that correspond to the selected product. You will then be taken to the cart area of our store where you will be required to enter your own purchase details, shipping address, name, and the like.



What Are My Payment Options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card as the only online payment options at this time. (payment made by Check Cards underwritten by Visa are also accepted). Offline payment can include an order by fax, but your purchase information must be kept on file with us in order to order by fax. We also receive payments via telephone during the hours of 5pm (MST) and 10pm (MST).


Order Confirmations

Once you have placed your order online with us, you will receive an order confirmation invoice via the email address you provided at checkout. This invoice will list all of your purchase information, including the product identification number, item(s) ordered, what they cost, what the shipping charges are, and any other special features or coupon codes that you had either requested or used during the checkout processes. Please retain this confirmation invoice for your records by printing it out. This would be your reciept from us for your actual purchase.


Canceling your Order with Us

If for some reason you decide to cancel an open order with us then you may do so within 48 hours of the completion of your order. Your credit card will either remain unbilled, or if your credit card has been billed, then the actual purchase amount, including shipping will be credited to your credit card account within 24 hours of us receiving your purchase cancelation request.


Sales Tax

Since you will be making your purchase from Dave's Gift Shoppe, you will not be charged sales tax. We do not have a sales tax in the State Of Montana, so therefore, no sales tax will ever be charged to any one wishing to purchase from us.


Promotional & Sales Codes

Occasionally we here at Dave's Gift Shoppe will issue or otherwise authorize various sales and promotional codes to be used for percentage discounts at checkout. If you have received a promotional or a sales code from us, then simply enter it into the appropriate field at checkout. Our cart will automaticaly calculate the percetage off each product so that when you make your purchase, you will know exactly what you are being charged in relation to the current sale or other promotion. NOTE: promotional codes cannot be used together or in conjunction with any other issued codes.
